Participant Form

Distinguished Participants

You are about to register in the summit system. After the registration process, you can log in and submit your proceeding abstracts. Abstracts will be examined by Executive Committee and Science Committee. After this process, full texts will be asked from those who are accepted. Please fill in the form completely. Your e-mail address will be the contact address for correspondence so you should provide a valid e-mail address.

Abstract Submission Rules

  • Every participant to participate in the summit with a proceeding has to register first. Only those who completed the registration process will have their proceedings in the programme and abstract book.
  • Summary of the abstract has to be the content of only projects and/or works. Abstracts explaining a topic, project or work fully will be disregarded.
  • Participant registered in the summit can participate with maximum 2 proceedings. Proceedings more than two will be eliminated and only two abstracts will be accepted.
  • Participants can submit abstracts in doc, docx formats.
  • Number of the words in the abstracts shouldn’t exceed 400. After examination, participants will be informed.
  • Abstracts can only be submitted through fatihprojesietz.meb.gov.tr. Submissions from other channels won’t be accepted.
  • Abstracts only in Turkish or English will be evaluated.
  • Title should be informative about the content.
  • At least 3 key words should be provided.
  • If the proceeding is supported by an institution or organisation , it should be informed in the footnote.
  • Proceeding should include the objective, material, methodology, findings and conclusion.
